If you want an alternative holiday on Lake Maggiore, there are itineraries for nature lovers and bike paths to see the area from another point of view and in contact with nature.
The lake tour between Lake Maggiore and Lake Monate, starting and returning to Cadrezzate, covers a distance of 26km.
The route starts from Cadrezzate, passing through Osmate, a small village with a public beach, and a visit to the Municipal Park is recommended to see the observation point of the Rocca di Angera.
The second itinerary is from Stresa to Locarno, the route is 70km and most of the journey has a view of the lake; the return is expected by ferry.
